Ferroque is actively seeking an account manager and outside sales representative to join our team in order to establish new business, maintain and expand existing business. Our current technology services portfolio includes:

  • Professional services consulting for mid-market and enterprise customers (specialized in digital workspaces, virtualization, cloud, Microsoft solutions)
  • IT advisory services for enterprise customers
  • SMB fully-managed services
  • Citrix managed services for mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Project management and project management as-a-service

In addition, you will be responsible for selling and managing customer purchases of software and products from the likes of Arista, Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft. You will work under the direction of the head of sales, who is deeply experienced in IT solutions sales in Canada, with field experience spanning decades.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience using CRMs such as Salesforce
  • Track record of growing existing business through relationships and upselling value of technology services and software
  • Track record of seeking out and establishing new business and demonstrating value of technologies to prospective clients
  • Strong experience in outside sales
  • Experience in inside sales
  • Experience writing statements of work, proposals, responding to RFPs
  • Hunger and drive
  • Help build our corporate culture and expand our brand identity
