Tech Talk: What’s New in Microsoft Teams Optimization on Citrix

During the last few years, the virtual workspace workload has become increasingly important for a large number of organizations of various sizes. Conducting audio and video calls and conferences has become daily exercises and moving this type of traffic to VDI has presented us with some new challenges in delivering good user experiences. Issues such as audio and video lags, quality, and the need to support a large number of simultaneous sessions must be overcome.
