Ferroque Managed Services (MSP) supports, manages, reports, and monitors our customers’ Citrix production environment(s), leveraging our experience, technical knowledge, and ITIL expertise. Our team is responsible for providing reactive, proactive, and preventative services, serving as trusted advisors who understand our customers’ environments and work as an extension of their IT Operations team. In practice, MSP is primarily responsible for delivering the following operational services in our customers’ Citrix production environment(s).
Consulting Architect – Digital Workspaces & Cloud
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote or Hybrid - Canada
Ferroque is seeking performance-driven, seasoned digital workspace architects for our growing professional services team who are passionate about VDI, secure remote work, app delivery, public cloud infrastructures (specialized in one or more AWS, Azure, GCP), and EUC solutions from Citrix, Microsoft, Workspot, and VMware. The ideal resource will have several of experience consulting on, troubleshooting, and ideally designing public cloud platforms alongside Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop (now Virtual Apps and Desktops), Citrix Cloud services, VMware Horizon View (nice to have), NetScaler, IGEL. Skills in SASE and Next-Gen Firewall technologies are also a strong asset.
Principal Consultant – Digital Workspaces & Cloud

Ferroque is seeking performance-driven, experienced Senior professional services consultants and consulting architects who are keen to grow with us, learn new and emerging technologies. The ideal resource will have several of experience consulting on, troubleshooting, and ideally designing Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop (now Virtual Apps and Desktops), Citrix Cloud services, VMware Horizon View (nice to have), and\or strong experience working with Citrix NetScaler (now Citrix ADC) platforms as well as experience with NetScaler MAS (now Application Delivery Management) in multiple enterprise environments which will be regarded as a significant plus.
